Upon completion of your online registration, you will be sent a confirmation by email. The confirmation is sent to the email address provided on the registration form and will show whether we have received your payment and will include an invoice.
All costs referred to, are in Indonesia Rupiah/ IDR. All payments must be made in IDR; no other currency will be accepted. Full payment is due for the registration fees. Registrations are only confirmed once the required payment has been received.
Please mention your registration number as reference of the payment. Until payment is received in full amount, the registration will be marked on “PAID” status, otherwise it will remain “DEPOSIT” or “UNPAID” status
Any bank fees shall be the Participant’s responsibility
Only digital versions of invoices will be sent to participants upon completion of the registration. The invoice will be issued using the contact details provided on the registration form so please make sure you have provided us with the correct information.
Cancellation must be done in writing to email@example.com, and confirmed by the Meeting Organizer. The following cancellation fees apply:
- In case of cancellation before or on July 1st (23:59), 2022, the registration fee will be refunded with a deduction of 30% as penalty charge.
- In case of cancellation from July 2nd (23:59), 2022 to August 31st (23:59), 2022, the registration fee will be refunded with a deduction of 70% as penalty charge.
- After September 1st (23:59), 2022, the registration fee will not be refunded for cancellations or no-shows.
- All reimbursements shall be made after the Event.
For name changes you must notify the Meeting Organizer by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org not later than October 30th (23:59), 2022. Name change participants agree to take over all booked program items of the originally registered participant.
- In order to guarantee the preferential rates displayed on the site, reservations have to be made in written through committee’s secretary office or meeting organizer & contact person on the dedicated Announcement / Internet site.
- No reservation requests will be accepted by telephone.
- Rooms will be allocated as requests are processed and based on availability.
- Reservation requests should be made and settled on line before the July 1st 2022. After this date, all reservation requests will still be processed based on hotel availability and at its applicable rates.
- A reservation request accompanied by its accepted payment (at minimum 1 one-night charge) shall be deemed a firm order.
- All payments must be in IDR. No other currency is accepted Any bank fees shall be the Participant’s responsibility.
- As the reservation is applicated to Guaranteed Reservation, hence NO CANCELATION is possible.
- Should the arrival at the hotel be delayed, the nights missed shall not be transposed to the following nights and shall not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
